The tough competition between candidates for District Corporation and Village Council elections has started on Monday. All the candidates suitable for different positions have started making their propagandas.
As a reflection of MP Jaywantrao Aavle and his uncompromising stand, their will be a political fight against candidates within congress for 2 positions of District Corporation and 6 positions of Village Council.
The process where different candidates make their propagandas has begun since today and will last till Sunday evening. After the withdrawals of the candidacy by their respective applicants, this process of propaganda started Wednesday evening. The election process will held on Tuesday, 7th February. The counting of votes will be done by election committee on Wednesday, 8th Feb.
Every Position of District and Village council has at least 3 or more candidates urging for the positions. So, there is utter competition between the candidates. Congress and Rashtravadi Congress are the lead competitors but, Jansurajya Shakti, Sena-BJP-RPI, Shetkari Kamgar Paksh and local alliances are also giving tough competition to others.
For Kagal Taluka, The reign of Mandlik-Mushrif group’s promises is more than the others whereas in Budragad, united Congress and Rashtravadi are spreading their propagandas. Radhanagri also faces the same situation but here Shetkari Kamgar Paksh and Swabhimani have their entities.
Shahuwadi candidates are fighting and making propagandas against each other whereas at Shirol, Congress-Rashtravadi group, Swabhimani and at some extent Shivsena and B.S.P. will try to influence people. For Porle Council, Congress instead of giving the candidacy to Vishwas Patil, they have given it to Mukesh Ganpatrao Sarnobat. Because of this, Dadarne rejected the candidacy at Ratnagiri village council given by congress.
At Aajra Taluka, for 2 out of 3 positions of District Council, Congress and Rashtravadi will face each other. At District Council of Uttur, Congress’s Umesh Apte and Rashtravadi’s Vasantrao Dhure will mage their propagandas whereas at Kolidre, Congress’s Varsha Bagdi and Rashtravadi’s Sanjeevani Gurav will face each other.
